The American Woman's Club of Dublin offers its' members a variety of resources to meet other members and to become more involved with the Irish community. General Meeting: Once a month, the club sponsors a General Meeting to encourage new and existing members to 'mingle' and to catch up on any upcoming events. Book Clubs: There are currently three different book clubs to choose from, depending on time of day you can meet. Bridge Club: The Bridge Club is a long standing club that welcomes new members. Coffee & Kids: A great resource for those Moms & Kids to get to know each other. There are several groups that meet, depending on the location. Craft Group: Always looking for new members, this group meets once a month. Hill walkers: Strap on your hiking boots and join this group to explore Ireland on foot. Margarita Madness: A fun reason to go out and join in other ladies... the group meets once a month at different locations to sample the local Margaritas or to just get together for a chat. Movie Groups: A perfect opportunity to see that 'girl flick'. Join the gals for an afternoon of fun! PWN: The Professional Woman's Network is an affiliated group of professional women that meets once a month to discuss various issues and business topics. In addition to the above group activities, the club also hosts a number of events throughout the year, designed to introduce our members to various locations, events and Irish attractions. The club also sponsors an annual Philanthropy event. This year's charity is the W.H. Five Loaves. Through various activities and fundraising events, the club hope to raise a substantial amount of funds for the charity. Membership has its privileges.
